Stronger, clearer and pain free.
Tired, sore and running on empty? We fix that. A clinical assessment and a personalised exercise program, built for busy people who just want to feel better. Prescribed and guided by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
Let's start with your details.
Please fill in all three fields to continue.
Your details are safe with us. We don't share your information.
Your EP sits with you and listens. Your exercise history, your lifestyle, your schedule, what's been getting in the way. Goals are set together. You leave knowing what you're working toward and why.
We look at how you move. A movement screen checks your range of motion across the body. Where it suits, we use VALD force technology to measure your strength objectively. The same equipment AFL clubs use. You leave knowing your numbers.
You get a program built around you. Your body, your schedule, what you're working toward. Your EP explains every part of it and stays involved from there. You know what to do and you have support behind it.
"I couldn't think of a better facility to train in. Every single person who I walk by is so friendly and welcoming, the space is so clean, the classes are top tier. No notes!! If you're thinking of joining please do!"

"I have used this company now for nearly 4 years. Personal coaching, physical therapy and rehab as well as nutrition. Every team member I have worked with has gone beyond my expectations. So smart, so professional and always feels like I come first. I have recommended them to so many people and will continue to do so."

"Huge shout out to Tanya who I have recently been seeing through DVA for a shoulder injury sustained years prior. Her knowledge, explanations and demonstrations of exercises and her approach to my recovery has already reduced my pain, increased my mobility and filled a doubtful mind with hope. The utilisation of telehealth appointments has been great as I work away and am still able to have appointments and be shown exercises as my recovery progresses. Thank you Tanya, looking forward to healing the rest of this body with you!"

This is for you if…
This is not for you if…
Your EP listens first. Your history, your goals, what you've already tried. Then they look at how you move and what's driving the pain or fatigue. You leave with a clear plan specific to you.
Yes. Most of our members come to us before things get bad. They know something isn't right and they want proper support. No diagnosis needed, no referral required. Tired, sore, or stuck is enough.
Yes, we are registered NDIS and DVA providers. If you have a care plan or GP referral, some or all of your costs may be covered. Ask us during your assessment and we'll work it out with you.
Exercise Physiology is different from physio. We specialise in long-term, exercise-based treatment. We build a plan around your whole life, your habits, your history. A lot of our members come to us after physio hasn't worked.
An Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) is a university-trained health professional who specialises in exercise as medicine. We assess your body, identify what's driving your pain, fatigue or condition, and prescribe a program to address it properly. We work with people managing chronic pain, injury, hormonal changes, metabolic conditions and more. It is clinical, evidence-based and built around you.
We run a clinical Exercise Physiology and strength training facility in Teneriffe, Brisbane. Every member starts with a thorough one-on-one assessment. Your EP then builds a program specific to your body, your health history and your goals. You train in our facility, guided by your EP, with regular check-ins built in. It is not a gym. It is a health facility that trains you properly.
We have tiered membership options to suit different levels of support. The right fit depends on your health situation and how much involvement you want from your EP. The best way to find out is to book an assessment. We will match you with the right option after we understand your situation properly.
Yes, parking is available at 232 Arthur Street, Teneriffe. If you have any questions before your visit, give us a call on 07 3077 7340 and we will sort you out.
DVA clients need a referral from their GP or treating doctor. Medicare clients need a GP Management Plan or Team Care Arrangement. NDIS clients need Exercise Physiology included in their plan. Not sure where you sit? Call us on 07 3077 7340 and we will walk you through exactly what you need.
Consistency matters more than frequency. Most members see strong results coming 2 to 3 times per week. If life gets busy, we work around it. The program adapts to you, not the other way around.
No. Some of our best results come from people who have not exercised in a long time. Your body responds to the right stimulus at any age. We start where you are right now, not where you think you should be.
This is exactly why you need an EP and not a personal trainer. Every program starts with a clinical assessment. We know what your body can and cannot handle before we ask it to do anything. Everything is prescribed, progressed carefully and monitored by a qualified health professional.
A regular gym hands you equipment and leaves you to figure out the rest. We are different in how we work and how the space feels. We have three dedicated training spaces with dimmable lighting — so it is easy on your eyes and actually pleasant to be in. It is quiet, calm and set up for focused training, nothing like a busy commercial gym floor. Every person who trains with us has a program built specifically for their body by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who stays involved as you progress. You are not left to guess. You know what you are doing and why.
Life happens. We offer telehealth appointments so you can check in remotely when you are away. Your program can be adapted for wherever you are. You will not lose your progress just because you missed a week.
Absolutely. A lot of couples train with us, sometimes together, sometimes separately. Book an assessment for each person and we will build programs specific to each of you.
Most people notice something within the first 2 to 4 weeks. Better sleep and less stiffness usually come first. Strength and mobility follow. Real, lasting change takes 8 to 12 weeks of consistent training. We track your progress so you can see it clearly.
